Traffic e-challan check & payment
There are two distinct ways to handle a Punjab traffic e-challan. For direct online lookup, use the official PSCA E-Challan portal with the vehicle plate number and owner's CNIC or chassis number, then complete CAPTCHA. Dastak separately lists Traffic Challan and Safe City Challan services, including a doorstep-service application option; this is optional assistance and is not required to view a challan on the PSCA portal or use another available payment channel.
