New / permanent driving licence
After holding a learner permit for at least six weeks, applicants take the computerised sign test and driving test at a licensing centre to obtain a permanent licence for motorcycle, car, LTV or HTV. Licences are printed centrally and delivered by courier.

- Age 18+ (21+ for LTV, higher for HTV/PSV)
- Under 18? See the Juvenile Driving Permit (motorcycles only); it is not a full licence
