Land mutation (Intiqal) - sale/transfer

Mutation updates land records to the new owner after sale (oral/Bai Zubani or registered deed). Both seller and purchaser attend the Arazi Record Centre with witnesses, statements are recorded and the mutation is attested after fee and tax payment.

How to apply

  1. Obtain a Fard for sale
  2. Pay mutation fee, district council fee and FBR taxes
  3. Seller, buyer and two witnesses attend the ARC for statement recording
  4. Mutation is entered and attested by the revenue officer

  • CNICs of seller and buyer
  • Fard
  • Copy of registry/deed (for registered sale)
  • Tax payment challans
