Fard (record of rights / land ownership copy)

A Fard is an official extract of computerised land records. PLRA provides an Online Fard portal whose current page offers a Print Fard service; the Punjab Zameen app information page also describes digital Fard and land-record services. In-person assistance and verification are available through Arazi Record Centres. Confirm the current eligibility, identity checks, fees and delivery steps on the official portal before applying.
