How to apply

  1. Apply via the Rahmat Card app or rahmatcard.punjab.gov.pk
  2. Verification via PSER/NADRA
  3. Receive Rs 100,000 in JazzCash account

  • CNIC
  • Death certificate of husband/father
  • B-Form of orphans
