Punjab Socio-Economic Registry (PSER) registration

PSER is the province's household database used to target welfare programmes such as the Ration Card, Rahmat Card and Ramzan Nigehban package. Families register their household, income and asset details once and then become eligible to apply for linked schemes.

Who can apply

  • Punjab-resident households with a head of family holding a valid CNIC

How to apply

  1. Register online on the PSER portal or visit a PSER registration centre (5,000+ centres)
  2. Enter household head's CNIC and family details
  3. Provide income, assets, education and contact information
  4. Use the registration to apply for linked welfare programmes

  • Head of family's CNIC
  • Family members' CNIC/B-Form details
  • Bank account details (if any)
  • Two mobile numbers
