Who can apply
- Punjab resident with mobile SIM on own CNIC
- Owns 5-20 male calves or buffalo calves for feedlot fattening
- Clean credit history
How to apply
- Send 13-digit CNIC to 8070 via SMS to check eligibility
- Register at plc.punjab.gov.pk or local Civil Veterinary Hospital / Livestock Office
- Livestock Department inspects and tags animals
- Collect Livestock Card from Bank of Punjab (BOP) branch
