Who can apply
- Permanent resident of Punjab holding valid CNIC
- Owner of 5 to 20 male calves or buffalo calves for feedlot fattening
- Active mobile SIM registered in applicant own name and CNIC
- Clean credit history (not a bank defaulter)
How to apply
- Send 13-digit CNIC (without dashes) via SMS to 8070 to check eligibility
- Register online at plc.punjab.gov.pk or visit local Civil Veterinary Hospital / Tehsil Livestock Office
- Physical inspection and animal tagging conducted by Livestock Department team
- Open biometric account and collect Livestock Card from designated Bank of Punjab (BOP) branch

Benefits
Interest-free loan of up to Rs 540,000 for animal feedlot fattening (25% cash withdrawal, 75% for animal feed/silage/Wanda via card at registered dealers), in partnership with Bank of Punjab
