Phase II registration closed on 4 October 2026, so applications are no longer being accepted for that phase; watch bikes.punjab.gov.pk for any later phase. Punjab Clean Air Program reported 607,399 applications and plans to distribute 100,000 e-bikes, with distribution expected to commence the following month. Its published gender breakdown was reported as 292,863 male and 314,445 female; those figures total 91 fewer than the published total and are preserved as reported. Current distribution status is unknown.

Who can apply
- Bonafide student enrolled in a public- or private-sector educational institution registered/recognised by the relevant Government of Punjab department, board, authority or regulator
- Minimum age 16 at the time of submitting the application
- Valid driving licence, learner's driving permit or juvenile driving permit, as applicable under prevailing law
- Valid CNIC, B-Form or Child Registration Certificate (CRC), as applicable
- A guarantor with a verifiable, regular income of at least PKR 40,000 per month (acceptable under the bank's rules)
- One student per family (Phase II criterion reported earlier)

Documents needed
- Valid student card from the institution, or an official letter/certificate confirming bonafide student status
- Latest paid fee slip issued by the institution
- CNIC, B-Form or CRC
- Driving licence, learner's permit or juvenile driving permit
- Guarantor: recent bank statement showing regular income of at least PKR 40,000 per month
- Guarantor: mobile SIM/number registered in the guarantor's own name against their CNIC
