- Punjab domicile

- Enrolled in 1st/2nd semester of selected discipline at public institution
- Min Intermediate marks: 70% sciences, 65% arts, 80% medical/dental
How to apply
- Apply online at honhaarscholarship.punjabhec.gov.pk during the announced application window
- Submit academic records: merit calculated based on 30% Matric + 70% Intermediate marks
- Submit verified physical documents to the designated focal person at your college or university
- Final scholarship award list published by PHEC; 100% tuition fee disbursed directly to the educational institution
