Who can apply
- Permanent resident of Punjab aged 18 to 45 years
- Valid CNIC and Pakistani passport
- Confirmed valid overseas job offer letter / employment contract with monthly salary under SAR 5,000 equivalent
- Verified by PSDF and clearance from Bank of Punjab
How to apply
- Register on the official Parwaaz portal at parwaaz.psdf.org.pk as Job Holder or Job Seeker
- Upload verified overseas job offer letter, passport, and CNIC
- PSDF conducts initial verification and endorses application to Bank of Punjab (BOP)
- BOP processes KYC/appraisal and disburses loan in phases (initial advance and direct payment of visa/ticket expenses)
