Who can apply
- Permanent resident of Punjab with valid CNIC
- Electricity consumption criteria as defined per phase (e.g. 100 to 200 units)
- Electricity reference number in applicant name or authorization from premises owner
- Clean credit history (not a defaulter)
How to apply
- When an application phase is open, apply online at cmsolarscheme.punjab.gov.pk or send your electricity reference number and CNIC to 8800 via SMS
- Verification of electricity consumption and premises by Energy Department and DISCOs
- Eligible applicants selected through transparent computerized balloting
- Selected beneficiaries deposit applicant share via designated bank
