Punjab Women Protection Authority Helpline (0800-01737, formerly 1737)

The Punjab Women Protection Authority's helpline for women facing violence or harassment. Its official site lists the toll-free number 0800-01737 (this replaced the older short number 1737) and the landline 042-99333817. District Women Protection Officers give local support across Punjab. For workplace, inheritance or property complaints, the Punjab Commission on the Status of Women runs a separate helpline, 1043.
