- Visit pser.punjab.gov.pk or check household registration and status at portal-pser.punjab.gov.pk
- Register at designated district PSER facilitation centres or online when window is open
- Submit household demographic, education, utility bill, and asset details
- Verification determines household PMT score used for eligibility in linked provincial welfare schemes
Documents needed
- CNIC of family head
- CNIC / B-Form of all family members
- Recent electricity and gas utility bills
- Active mobile numbers registered against CNIC
