Bhagat Singh
Bhagat Singh was a Punjabi revolutionary against British rule, born in the Lyallpur district of Punjab. He was hanged in Lahore Central Jail on 23 March 1931 with Sukhdev and Rajguru and is remembered across India and Pakistan as a freedom fighter.
