How to apply

  1. Visit nearest NADRA Registration Centre (or apply/renew via Pak-ID app)
  2. Provide B-Form or parents' CNIC for first issuance
  3. Biometrics, photo and verification
  4. Pay fee (Normal/Urgent/Executive) and collect card

  • B-Form / birth certificate
  • Parent's or family member's CNIC
  • Old CNIC for renewal
