- Visit the nearest Non-Communicable Disease (NCD) clinic at a District Headquarters (DHQ) or Tehsil Headquarters (THQ) hospital with child and medical reports
- Doctor conducts clinical assessment and registers child in the provincial insulin database
- Insulin Card is issued and verified
- Pakistan Post delivers monthly insulin and supplies directly to the child doorstep; mandatory quarterly hospital follow-up check-up required
